“What’s that supposed to mean?”
Send me one of THESE to see how my muse reacts. (STILL ACCEPTING).
“It is exactly as–I said it is.” Pointing towards the sea personified, index finger was swung back and fro before it was lowered again. Hands were now resting on the arm rest of the chair See was seated on. Offering no way to escape, for if the other wanted to run, he’d have to go through Misfortune first. Body was lowered a tad, cold gaze fixated on the one ‘below’ him. They were anxious, perhaps wondering WHAT the beast wanted now, what his more than confusing words meant and if today would be ANOTHER day of endless torture. Though no reply came, silence was heavy around them. Pressing down on the small shoulders of the Sea, pushing him further into the terror they so often felt while Dante only saw this silence as another bridge to cross. One that would lead him towards his goals and that goal so happened to be the one that was staring at him. It was in silence that Misfortune heard THEM more clearly, those faint voices that belonged to those he consumed, they would whisper, some would scream & other’s would cry.
It was easy to concentrate however, not bothering him much but when the world was quiet it could become quite tedious. Such as now. Lids descended down to hide the ANNOYED flicker that sparked up inside eyes of red, brows furrowing slightly. Silence–he would hiss, voice soft but the order was clear. Claws dug into the fabric of the arm-rest, shoulders tensed up while jaws clenched together (the sound of teeth gnawing together becoming audible). The growl that RUMBLED from deep within his chest certain to shake their surroundings, loud, animalistic–FERAL. The vibrations rising up, waves of trembling air and as sudden as that came it faded away. Serenity once more returned. When eyes opened again, he seemed much more calm, much more willing to address his PRECIOUS little toy. “Ah–excuse me. I was–distracted. Where was–I?” As if what just happened never did; ignoring it completely and instead focusing on his darling little PREY. Leaning down even more till face was inches away from that of See, the creature canted his head to the side; red meeting lone blue. Splatters of red (of an earlier prey) coating the white of his skin.
“Oh–yes. Almost forgot. I was–trying to explain to you–what I meant, right? Well it’s like this–.” And cold lips brushed against the Entity’s jaw, leaving droplets in it’s wake. Pallid tiers resumed their path upwards till they stopped at the male’s earlobe where they parted, fangs grazing before tongue replaced it. Lapping the cool liquid up, hungrily even, their fidgeting only edging him on. “–You’re too comfortable–here in this little palace–of yours. I’ve–realized that if I say–that you belong–to me, that you should–be near me at ALL times. Why be separated–when we can be together–forever?” With a huff did he pull back again, removing hands from their previous place and upwards to cup the other’s face within his palms–ignoring what was about to come. “I am going–take you away and you can’t do–anything about that.”
