Okay, I know you said Icarus to the Sun is based off of One Tree Hill, but like how much is? Cause if Dick is behaving like a character on there idk how those ships survived.

rather than being based off of one tree hill, it's inspired by -- meaning that elements of my story could be similar/reflect in one tree hill.

the love triangle between the three characters is meant to be similar to brookexlucasxpeyton w a few caveats so id say it's like maybe a 65% kinda close to their love triangle.

the main difference in the show is that one couple becomes the final show couple (im not going to say the full name bc i dont want to spoil for anyone that might be watching or just doesn't want to know yet) but i HATE them together. HATE THEMMMM HATE THEEMMM SOOOOO FREAAAAKIINGGGG BADDD and tbh i also dont know how most of the couples on the show stayed together bc... yeah........

if you're curious, i was mostly inspired by s2/3 when my personal fave couple got together which led to this story!!

Somehow I’ve gone down an Originals final episode spiral and I’m not sure if I’ve already discussed this with you, but I’m stuck on the Klaus didn’t have to die ship again. I keep thinking that the twins could have just siphoned it out of him. Isn’t that how their magic worked? If something is spelled, they can just siphon the magic out and use it?

I don´t remember if we talked about this before and it´s been a year since I watched the finale because it still kills me, but here we go:

The twins could have definitely siphoned it out of Klaus, but if they did the hollow (or the hollows magic whatever) would live within them and eventually kill them just as it did Klaus. And he would have never put a burden that revolves around his family on anyone else, let alone kids. 

Which is another crazy character development that really brings out how far he´s come from the TVD era and before. Back then he would´ve probably just gotten someone else to transfer the hollow to and let them die so he can live.

Apparently today is Fanfic writers appreciation day. I was sort of planning this anyway, but what better day to show my fave writers I love them than on this day? 

Here’s a few random questions about your work. You don’t have to tag anyone if you want, but I’m just trying to spread the love.

What’s you favorite story you’ve ever written and why?

Best Friends and Boyfriends, because it was my first. My baby. And I combined my favorite things. Isaac Lahey and some good old Stiles Stilinski sarcasm and Star Wars references. 

What’s you least favorite?

Satisfied. It doesn’t end happy, but I’ve got imagines that don’t end happy, but I don’t know what went on with this one. I love Hamilton and I love Stiles, but this one just isn’t my favorite. 

Which story has gotten the most hype and do you think it deserved it?

Baby Fever, and not really lol. Of course I like it because it’s Derek Hale with a baby, but it was just a random idea I had at work and it’s got the most notes but I have no idea why. 

Which story is underrated?

It’s a tie between The One Where Isaac Comes Back and Ghosted. The first one is part two of The One Where Isaac Leaves, and it could have been a series, but for some reason the notes just dropped between the two. I had a whole plan in my head, but I didn’t decide to write part 3 because of the notes, I just never got around to it. And Ghosted was beautiful. Season 5 ghost riders with Derek and he gets taken? And you guys didn’t love it? Come on. 

Who’s your favorite character to write for?

Probably Derek Hale because I love writing about his beard. Touching his beard. His beard scratching you while you kiss. IDC. I love me some Tyler Hoechlin. 

Who’s the easiest character to write for?

Stiles. Hands down. You throw in some sarcasm, a little stuttering, spastic hand movements, and a Star Wars or super hero reference and you got yourself a Stilinski fic. And he can just be in an imagine as a friend, it’s so easy to do. 

Fluff or Angst?

Fluff but I love causing others pain sometimes (mwhahaha)

What’s your favorite cliche writing trope? 

Maybe the “we have to keep us dating a secret” one.” Fake dating is pretty good too. I may have to get one of those (Go read To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before) 

Favorite Holiday to write for?

I’ve only really written for Halloween so I’d say that one.

It's me with another random Klaus Mikaelson question that I want to discuss lol. Do you think Klaus was able to have a child just because the curse was broken and his werewolf side was free, or because of that and the fact that he slept with another werewolf? I'm just contemplating if Klaus can just have kids with anyone who's isn't undead now

Klaus was born a werewolf so when he was turned into an original hybrid he didn´t lose his werewolf abilities at first. At that point, he would´ve been able to procreate. Later, Esther´s curse suppressed those abilities however.

So, yes, after the curse was broken he could father a child because his werewolf side, and the abilities that come with it, were freed. He could´ve not only procreated with werewolves but with any species except vampires (because they´re infertile). The same thing applies to the heretics as well (and perhaps even tribrids like Hope)

However, another child wasn´t possible because I believe it was Jane-Anne, that claimed to have made sure that he will never have another child again once they learned of Hope. But that was just a little spell, so I believe a more powerful witch could have just removed that if he wanted to. But it was never explicitly mentioned.

Also, I love discussing anything TO (and tvd) so keep those coming if you have any others :D

I just had a thought. The Mikaelsons have been around for like ever so they experienced everything for the first time when they first happened. I'm picturing Klaus trying ice cream for the first time and it being like Diana in the Wonder Woman movie. He just thinks it's the most brilliant thing ever created.

CAN YOU IMAGINE THE LOOK ON HIS FACE?!! I´M DYING! 

Even though historically the first ice cream version was invented way before any of the Mikaelsons were even born,  if it´s Klaus first ice cream he´d go mental.

Also, that ´s one of my favourite things about them. Just imagine being there when they first introduced electricity, or steam engines/ trains, or how they had to learn how to use phones. Then there´s new land that´s being discovered, some that destroyed and others that were rebuilt from the ground up.....etc.

You can bet your ass that they tried and saw everything. At least the ones that Klaus didn´t dagger whenever these things happened, that is.
