Protection is important!
Well, after spending half a day at the E.R I realize that elbowprotection is crucial in roller derby. I fell badly last practice, and they were worried something was broken. Thanks to the protection, it was not. :) Just muscledamage and a real sour arm. Remember your protection! ;D
