My best friend Derek moved up to New York a few months ago to intern for Vimeo.
An opportunity that no one in their right-mind would pass up.
I'm so happy for him, but I'm a little worried about his impending criminal charges.
He's just not used to that sort of environment! Can he be held responsible for such things when the manner in which he reacted was simply (and tragically) the outcome of the community and ideologies that surrounded him for his entire life prior to the internship???
