Registration || Casey and Derek

Casey was excited for another year of college, new classes and new faces; she loved it! Standing in the line at the universities registration building she wondered if she would get the classes and at the times she needed, after all she needed to find a job to help pay for the classes. Sliding a hand through her long blonde hair to keep it out of her bright blue eyes she observed those around her, most were about her age.

Taking a step back to give the man in front of her who was having trouble with his backpack so room. her foot came down on something, twisting to look back she blinked at the man standing behind her. Blushing softly she moved her foot, "Sorry! I didn't think anyone was even behind me.. I guess that is what I get for not paying attention and being in my own world..." Casey bit her lip to keep from rambling to the cute guy. Quickly she turned back around and shuffled forward feeling embarrassed.

Before even hearing about Derek’ crazy plan to fake his death, he was surprised when he had asked him for help driving him out of town soon after it was all over. Stiles initially knew it was one stupid idea but what could he do when Natasha wanted Derek dead and needed two people to kill him? One being Sophie, whom he learned to trust and care about. Being skeptical about the whole idea, he still knew it was something to be done or else things would have gotten more chaotic than it already was and someone had to drive Derek out of town without anyone else seeing him, knowing that Sophie or Lucas couldn't do it. He hated that plan but if it kept everyone else safe then what else was he suppose to do? Though there was one small problem or in his case, the pack couldn't know about it, or anyone else really. It wasn’t the first time Stiles had kept something from Scott but it was on a whole different level and with the pack falling apart and he already had enough on his plate. It was for a good reason, right?

Originally he had planned to leave the night before but seeing how upset Emily was about Derek, he couldn’t find it in him to leave her at that state. Obviously, his dad had questioned why he decided to go out at eleven at night but to be expected, he made some lame excuse. Stiles had went ahead and talked to Scott, at least attempted to talk to him but honestly, it didn’t exactly work out too well. It was bad just having to look at him and not telling him the truth but again, it was for a good reason… Stiles had already been involved in a lot of things and now he already found himself involved with Outlaws so maybe it doesn’t make too much of a difference. Of course he was worried. He was worried for the pack, Sophie, Derek and now he was worried about Charlotte too, like he had his own things to take care of. At that point, he didn’t know what exactly their biggest problem would be anymore. After driving out into the dark road for a few hours, Stiles was already near his destination as he spotted the cabin that Derek was apparently staying at out in the distance, making his way over; hoping he was still here.

A little less conversation, a little more action || Stiles & Derek

Stiles wasn´t so happy about how the text  conversation with Derek ended. He knew that it was hard for Derek because Peter was his only family and he couldn´t blame him if he wanted to get a piece of his old life back. Stiles didn´t know how he would act if the same thing happened to him.

Still, the hatred for Peter Hale and for what he did was too strong for Stiles to forget. He knew that Peter was out of his mind but it wasn´t a momentary craziness. It was cold and calculative revenge. Killing his own niece would be unforgivable but he even killed innocent people, bit Scott and attacked Lydia giving her a trauma for life. People were in jail for less. Peter was insane and he should be locked up not being a real estate agent for random tourists.

Seriously, Stiles thought he was the only one sane person here. If it was a normal case, Peter would be now in the psychiatry. After commiting so many crimes Stiles wouldn´t even hesitate to put him there. But of course, werewolves got special treatment and Peter Hale was now running around pretending that everything was fine because he no longer had his murder tendentions. Well, he could tell that to the people who were left behind after his victims. 

Stiles sighed. His head hurt and he didn´t know what to do. He wanted to talk to Derek but at the same time he felt that the words he would say wouldn´t exactly cheer him up. Before he even realized, he found himself pulling his jeep into the driveway of the Hale house. His subconscious already decided for him and Stiles gave up.

Stepping out of the car, he knew that the werewolves must have alrady heard his jeep. Glancing sheepishly at the house he took a deep breath and made his way to the front door.

Last Taste of Freedom || Derek & Ivy

Tonight she would become a hybrid. Over and over again, the thought ran through Ivy's head yet, it still wasn't real. A few months ago, hybrids were something Ivy couldn't have made up in her wildest dreams, or nightmares rather. Now, in just a few hours, she was becoming one. Even now, Ivy's thoughts still sent her brain reeling. Of course, being the slight control freak that she was, Ivy knew this was a decision she needed to make. With the amount of supes and hunters in Mystic growing, Ivy needed an edge, in addition with her wits, to ensure her survival. Though she'd never admit it, Ivy did it partly because of her brother as well. Surely he could keep himself alive on his own, but Ivy wasn't willing to risk it. They may not be the closest of siblings, and Ivy may be hiding a lot from him, but he was her brother and she would protect him.

Walking through Mystic, Ivy tucked a few wisps of hair that had fallen out of her bun behind her ear. She'd already hit the library, where the head librarian had a stack of books waiting for her. After thumbing through the books, Ivy settled on one of her favorites, Wuthering Heights. Now, as she walked into Java Brew, Ivy let out a relaxed sigh. Nothing made her feel more relaxed than a large caramel macchiato and a good book, and that's how she intended on spending her last day. Once she'd been served, Ivy took a seat on a large couch in a dimly lit corner of the cafe. Taking a large sip of her coffee, Ivy flipped open her book and began to lose herself in the story.
