Paul Smith Oblique Dominoes Set
I'm a sucker for all things Paul Smith - the detail and precision that goes into each product, the patterns (stripes!), the colors, and of course the man himself.
These beautiful Oblique dominoes are the result of the collaboration between Paul Smith, Derek Walsh Studio, and Graphical House. In total, it took 155m of solid American walnut, 15m² of laminate, 8,400 hand drilled holes, 1,400 dominoes, 45 processes per domino, 95m of sandpaper, and 18 files to produce a limited 50 sets.
Each domino is meticulously crafted to perfection in the signature Paul Smith colors - navy blue and pink - and comes in equally well-designed packaging. I can only imagine the smooth texture and how it feels to hold these dominoes.
