So I heard the Celts all liked these big bushy walrus style moustaches. So I imagine alot of the young male kingdoms really wanting to start growing facial hair and being proud of like, one hair. Though likely only the higher ranked of the kingdoms would really be allowed to grow such a thing out. The lower ranked/much younger guys would probably stick to clean shaven.

Okay no but I promised her if she would send this in that I would post her “headcanon” about Marius’ conception and I am an obedient little Sarah so here it is.

sometimes i remember that georges and mme pontmercy would have had to have fricked at some point since marius is a thing and it’s like knowing that ur own parents would have had to have fricked like you know it’s a thing that happened but it’s not something u want to dwell on ya feel me

flowers and lit candles everywhere “hello wife”

the lit candles arent near the flowers because he doesnt want them to get set on fire

one side of the room is mood candles and the other side is flowers

so like one side of the room is just really dark but u just know that the flowers are everywhere

but no its like “georges why is it so dark over there why does the room smell like flowers” “um about that” and like all of the candles are different flower scents and then the flowers on the one side of the room and then georges had to put milk out for the cats on the other side of the house so they wouldnt scratch at the door and meow for food while marius is being conceivedgeorges had it all planned out

Modern Derpcanon

Alright these are sort of modern-ish derpcanons that could also probably be fairly easily converted to canon

This type of stuff is basically what occupies my thoughts now

Marius was a fussy baby and cried a lot So whenever Georges was home on leave or between deployments he would be the one to get up and go and check on him and get him to stop crying so his poor wife could have a rest until he was overseas again  Also he wasn't there when Marius was born He was deployed :c

  Okay this isn't even really a headcanon it's just a scene but let me share u a thing

Georges is just sitting on the couch, reading a newspaper and minding his own business And toddler!Marius comes in with a toy car And he's running it over the back of the couch and making "vroom vroom" noises And he gets to Georges and just runs the car over his shoulder and up his neck and across his head and down the other side until he gets back to the couch And when he reaches the end of the couch he runs to the other side and starts over again And Georges just makes absolutely no attempt to stop him and is like "lol u precocious thing u" And his hair gets all messed up And Mama Pontmercy sticks her head in to see what Marius is giggling about and she's all "water u boys doing" And cute

Okay so like At first Georges would be rly rly rly rly rly rly rly excited to see Thénardier. He doesn't know that Thénardier is a terrible person and that he was just trying to rob him that day. He thinks that Thénardier saved his life and feels guilty because Georges was unable to repay him for it, and sees him as a kindred soul because he thinks that Thénardier is also a veteran of Napoleon's army. He would give him the clothes off of his back if he asked for them and basically just do whatever he possibly could to repay his debt to Thénardier. He'd see him as a valiant soldier who's fallen on hard times, and blame himself for it.  But Georges isn't stupid. He'd eventually get past the "oh my god my savior I must make amends and repay this debt" phase and see Thénardier for what he really is. But even after that point, I think he'd stick around. He'd feel obligated to "reform" Thénardier as much as he could. And even when it became painfully apparent that Thénardier would never change, he still wouldn't be able to abandon the man who saved his life until he felt he had somehow paid off his debt. He would just get increasingly more disgusted by the man but force himself to endure his presence. I can just kind of see him sitting there while everyone else is singing "Master of the House" and just being like "jfc Sergeant not this song again" and ":I I am judging all of you harshly" And then at the end he would very quietly and very begrudgingly join in on the "Everybody bless the landlord! Everybody bless his spouse!" part Sorry I had to share this I've been thinking about Georges all day so much so that I almost walked to class without my backpack idek
