Day 1
Today i started to run. I plan to run every morning and night.
Start: 9:00
Finish: 9:35
Have to start slow && build up i am not a runner lol. it was good
Plan is to put on songs, when a fast song comes on run, slow song walk. hopefully i will stick to it. with no one else motivating me i will motivate myself.
goal is to lose weight.
Start weight: 151
