Replaying Towerfall again and took note of the Vanguard’s first responses in the cutscene:
Zavala: put up a bubble, protect everyone. Cayde: fire wildly and fruitlessly at the inbound enemy. Ikora: look around for people and ensure they are safe.
Just neat character tidbits.
