      It’s after hours-- well, long since his techs had gone home, at least, and he’s enjoying a lolly while calibrating a new device that’s meant to send out an electro-magnetic pulse, wide enough to cover an area roughly nine square meters (a nifty device, and the bane of all technophiles).
