Paola Antonelli at Kickstarter.
A friend told me about this talk and I got her ticket to see Paola talking for the second time (she was at the 99U Conference). It was pretty great! She talked about how museums can impact the society, their roles on exposing ideas and the importance of design in a general way.
The thing I was really impressed tough was the Kickstarter headquarters. The office is the awesomest I ever saw. I tried to get a tour but it’s not a thing they actually do (unless you know someone inside). They have a gallery of curated successful projects - just like a art gallery - with early sketches, prototypes and the process until the final product. Really awesome!
