Personally, I believe it would depend on the situation. If he were with someone more dominant than himself - he would be ruled.Though in most cases, he would rule. He likes to hold himself above others, to have them treat him like the king he believes that he is. It’d be a very rare, but not entirely impossible turn of events if he were the one being ruled.
