DESMONTA - Lume Púrpuro - darkwave dub from Brazil
"Lume Púrpuro" is the outcome of an intense creative process, during which the artist dedicated himself to repeated practices with the intention of evoking sensations that attract and engage the listener into a meditative state, opening new perceptions and unique paths through almost primitive patterns. In this context, noise and its textures play as vital a role as the more evident melodies present in the album. Set to be released by the Desmonta label on April 5, 2024, the album features collaborations with Mauricio Takara (drums and percussion), Lello Bezerra (guitar), Marco Nalesso (viola), Carla Boregas (organ), Rogério Martins (percussion), and Rodrigo Hara (bass). Production is credited to Jakub Zolek (Poland), with mastering handled by Paul Mac (known for mastering works of artists like Panda Bear / Sonic Boom, Matthew Herbert).
