Coconut & Strawberry Panna cotta! Quick and easy, you're gonna love it. You will need: 15 cl of coconut cream 20 cl of full fat cream 2 sheets of gelatin 30 gr of sugar For the strawberries: 150 gr of fruits 2 spoons of sugar 1 sheet of gelatin Let's start with the cream since it will need to cool down before we make the strawberries. Pour the Coconut cream, the cream and the sugar in a pan and make it boil. Put the gelatin's sheets in a bowl with cold water to make it soften. Once the cream is boiling take it out of the fire and add the gelatin sheets, mix it well. You can now pour the mixture in little glasses and let it cool down before putting it into the fridge. After 1 hour in the fridge you can start making the fruit mixture. Cut the red fruits in little pieces. Put the sugar in a pan with a little bit of water and warm it up. Once it is caramelizing, add the fruits for some minutes. Out of the fire add the gelatin and let it get colder. Add the fruits on top of the cream and leave it in the fridge for the night.
