                         it's nearly sundown. the sun sits upon its horizon, shining a mean glimmering light but the air has since cooled from its burning globe upon the sky. the desert nights here get cold. chilled. a sensation the goddess isn't used to but she welcomes it anyway. the chilled air offers a different kind of solace, one she can wrap round her bare shoulders like a blanket and welcome it it. that is the emotions she feels upon nights like these.

nights where she's standing upon the terrace of her palace; looking up towards the faint moon and setting sun. waiting for the two to cross paths until one is fully hidden and the other in complete brightness. her dress, light linen, clings to her barely as it sways in the breeze. the sheer fabric shows off breasts and nether regions that she gives no mind to. why should she care? she is an animal... it would be her natural state regardless. to be stark naked amongst the wild and civilized ... the only reason she's even covered is due to the chill in the night time air tonight. she'd rather be naked.

but here she stands. upon the terrace, overlooking the saharan desert. her land. her ancient people's land. her ancestors land. her inherited land. there must be a modicum of modesty for the goddess if she is to live amongst mortals. her animalia cannot be so reckless amongst the masses... lest they fear the chimera of her animal.
