Parental Tag on ao3 for BNHA ft. Dadzawa, Dadmic, Dadmight, and Detectivedad

In light of the results from the poll I ran yesterday (which were much expected ngl) I decided to put together some basic statistics with the "parental x" tag.

Currently in BNHA there are a total of 268,701 fics. (this isn't really important to the whole post, but I think its important to note)

Now onto the parental tags statistics

Under the Parental Aizawa Shouta | Eraserhead | Dadzawa tag there are 15,734 fics before filtering out any of the other dads mentioned in the title.

Minus the Parental Yamada Hizashi | Present Mic tag = 11,851 fics

Minus the Parental Yagi Toshinori | All Might tag = 13, 855 fics

Minus the Parental Tsukauchi Naomasa tag = 15,606 fics

Minus all three tags = 10,312 fics

Under the Parental Yamada Hizashi | Present Mic tag there are 4,282 fics before filters are added.

For the sake of not getting too mathematical with this post I won't break these stats down into percentages. However what I will say is that there is a clear obvious favorite among these tags and the fact that the majority of the Parental Yamada Hizashi | Present Mic tag is mostly Parental Aizawa Shouta | Eraserhead | Dadzawa tag fics is a little sad.

I love dadzawa as much as the next person, and while not surprised by these stats they are a bit disheartening to see especially when all of these potential parental figures are amazing in their own rights and ways.

I just… he’s become such a special character to me and I can’t really explain it , but I love him I love drawing and writing him. It’s so fun and lovely and I’ve missed it

Hoping once things settle with irl I can start drawing him again , writing him more

This is a Tsukauchi Naomasa appreciation post. If you don’t like it you can leave. TsukaZawa is one of my if not my favorite rare pair. Also there is something special about detective dad that just wins for me.

Exactly! Yes! Tumblr really needs to do something of the sort! Instead of changing unnecessary things like the color of the buttons, they should work on what most people here are having trouble with.

I was thinking about picking up Adachi as a joke, but I started thinking about it more and more and now I'm seriously considering it.

Coffee Hour ✖ Dojima & Art

The sounds of the passing seconds echoed within the empty break room. Scanning the objects within the room, lavender hues noted the neatly stacked coffee cups within the dish rack. For his first visit to the room, it was just as tidy compared to the other spaces within the building. Shifting his focus to the rack's vicinity, he noted the lack of coffee stains upon the off-white counter top. Perhaps the other officers took the break room cleanliness levels to an entirely new level. After he placed his files on a nearby table, he carried his mug and made his way to the counter top. 

Although he started his shift not too long ago, the lack of coffee in his system prevented him from going any further. While he did get enough sleep the night before, Art found himself deep in the hole of caffeine dependency. Art never enjoyed the bitter taste of the drink, finding the flavor to be too overpowering.  Pouring himself a cup of the caffeinated drink, he reached over to the sugar container, taking three packets and a stirrer. Carefully picking up the mug, he walked back over to his spot on the table, setting the mug down on the surface. Pulling out a chair, he took a seat and stirred the sugar into the steaming liquid. Once his drink was ready, Art began to dissect the contents of his folder. 

Some time had passed since he initially arrived at the room. Glancing over at the entryway, he noticed a few figures pass by, each headed toward their respective destinations. A sigh escaped the male as he flipped to the next page of the report, taking a few pieces of information down on a stack of sticky notes. Eyes darted from one end of the page to the other, soaking in the information presented in ink. As he neared the bottom, he stuck his current note on the top right corner. Going on to the next page, lilac hues glanced over at the clock. The officer exhaled deeply at the slow passage of time; caffeine alone would not save him now.
