Detention Sphere

If Detention Sphere is played and it's used to exile a Legendary Creature, is the player whose creature was exiled allowed to play another copy of that Legendary Creature, or does the Legend rule disallow that?
The exiled creature card is in exile, not on the battlefield. Its controller could cast the second copy of the creature in any case anyway. They’d just be forced to put one of them into the graveyard if both were on the battlefield at the same time.
WHATS MY NAME Ever had issues with tokens? Clones? These cards seem hardly worthwhile in EDH, but against Tribal decks and token decks they can pull rank. Is Maelstrom Pulse too expensive? Well take a look-see. Echoing Decay is a worse Bile Blight and Homing Lightning each provide ways to destroy tokens. Eye of Singularity provides ways to stop more permanents than just creatures. However, these can trigger some tricky death effects like Vengeful Dead or Blood Artist. Plus, they're subject to the creature's toughness, which tribal decks usually pack a decent amount of anthems. Detention Sphere and Sever the Bloodline both exile, which avoids death triggers. Even more useful, Sever the Bloodline has a flashback for emergencies. Echoing Truth bounces, a handy form of Boomerang (without targeting lands) but its one downside is bouncing clone cards isn't as handy. Sometimes your opponent gets all comfy swarming you with tokens all named Soldier or Zombie. These instants (and a few enchantments) provide ways to shake up token decks.
Ugin uses -3 ability and removes multiple detention spheres, 2 were exiling elspeth Suns champion(both belonging to the same player). As both elspeths are entering the battlefield can you use an ability from 1 elspeth before the second enters the battlefield by force or do both hit the battlefield simultaneously resulting in 1 elspeth immediately being put in the graveyard.
The latter.
The “leaves the battlefield” triggers of the Detention Spheres will resolve individually, but you won’t be able to activate Elspeth’s ability between the resolution of those abilities because you can’t activate planeswalker abilities when the stack isn’t empty.
