Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup chopped almonds. 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds. 1/4 cup dried cranberries. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Rolling oats, chopped almonds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Mix everything together until it's sticky and all the ingredients are well mixed. Put parchment paper around the edges of a baking dish and press the mixture into it to make a thick layer. After the oven is hot, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool all the way down. After it has cooled, use a sharp knife to cut it into bars or squares. Keep in a container that keeps air out for up to a week.
