Pictonic reminds me a lot of Picons.me -- except Pictonic costs a shit ton more for the whole package of icons. On the plus side, Pictonic also lets you buy 1 icon at a time at 45 cents each, and comes with the CSS/SCSS (Or LESS, you godless heathen) stylesheet to work the icons into your project.

If you're needing icons, they've done a fine job, and made it affordable for people who only need a paltry few.
