Change Get Apartments and Mall You knew you needed a cyberpunk shopping center for your world and now you have it!  Granted, its a bit run down and half of the shops are shut down and abandoned but if you’re looking to buy an illegal potion or eat some unrecognizable food than the red lit Upstairs is the place to go.  Need a place to hide stay for a while?  Change Get also offers reasonable apartments if you don’t mind the neon and the noise.  Just don’t go TopSide.  No one comes back from TopSide that goes there without an invitation.  At least not in one piece.
