The Union Cabinet approved the New Education Policy on July 29th after a 34-year gap. The New Education Policy 2020, provides a comprehensive framework for both school and higher education across our country.The Cabinet has approved a proposal to rename the Ministry of Human Resource Development as the Ministry of Education. The New Education Policy will be available in 22 languages and audiobooks.
