After some serious deliberation, I am making the executive decision to shut down the Turn the Page discord server. While I've very much enjoyed running it and getting to know everyone who loves the weird thing I've created, due to certain recent events leaving a vile taste in my mouth, I think it will be best for me to step away, especially with the allegations that there are multiple people in here who lied about their age and bypassed my verification safeguard.

I don't plan to stop creating, but I do feel that I need to really step back from the community as a whole. Asks are still welcome, but I don't plan to interact as much with fans anymore.

Responding to the reblog about SA in the yandere genre: are you planning to include it in TTP?

My mindset is this: there is always going to be a degree of questionable consent simply because of the power dynamic with Robin and MC. While he himself actively avoids putting pressure on the player for physical intimacy, the fact is that he still desires it, and he's actively stacking the deck in his favor. That doesn't make Robin a good person, and I shouldn't have to point out that none of the leads in my games are good people. Zack and Yuuri are about as close as you can get to "good."

Alastor is arguably the one where it's more blatantly clear that Something Fucked Up is going on here, and I did that intentionally. His game was always meant to be an exploration of my own fears.

My work is not inherently geared to be soft and comforting; there's always an underlying tension. It's cool if that isn't your jam, but if you're not comfortable with that, I won't be offended by you dipping out. My games are specifically 18+ for a reason.
