what happens when you open your heart to the other people around you? what do you share when you let your guard down?

our fourth task is inspired by the 'heart events' from the stardew valley game! if you haven't played before, these are cutscenes that happen as you level up your friendship with each character. when you get two, four, six, eight, etc., all the way to fourteen hearts with a marriagable character, you unlock special dialogue and scenarios with them.

the task is to write your character(s)' heart events! 10 if your character is marriagable, 14 if your character is not. there is no deadline for this task, but if you need one to get you motivated, then i recommend finishing in the next 2 weeks by july 1! tag your task as #dew.task004 when you post it and let me know if you have any questions. luv ya!

summer belongs to you! the new season is just around the corner, and it's time to get ready with a summer bucket list. what does your muse hope to accomplish while the sun is shining and the surf is high? write your character's summer bucket list and share it using the tag #dew.task003. recommended to complete by wednesday, may 29! note: ic these lists are not going anywhere, the characters are just doing them for fun and holding on to them.

most people are creatures of habit, falling into their daily or weekly routines. the second task is the create your character's schedule. you can see an example on the stardew valley wiki here, though you don't need to be super detailed and do one for every month, or special days if you want, just a gist of your character's 7 days of the week. unless you have dabbled in your chara's schedule already, in which case this could be a chance for you to expand for exceptions or seasons. you can honestly do this task whenever, but if you're like me and will never do it without a deadline, then i'd say shoot to do this in the next 10 days, or by saturday, 5/4! if you post, tag it as #dew.task002, so we can all see it, and clap and cheer! lmk you have questions <3

letter writing is a time-honored tradition in stardew valley, especially considering people hardly have cell reception or wifi, nor, frankly, do they care for it. what's the need when you have a pen, paper, and the real b/oys in blue (post office) to help you share your thoughts, wishes, and dreams with your friends (and foes) about town? the first task will be for your character to write a letter to another person in town, but they will be randomly assigned. this task is optional! please like this post within 24 hours if you would like to participate, and if you have a mumu i will assume you mean both of your characters unless you indicate otherwise. after the 24 hours, your character will have probably about 10 days to write the letter if that context helps you figure out if you will have time :)
