"POOR MITT - DEWEY FLESZAR (2012)
The inaugural PolitiTunes original song! What started as a fairly straightforward political song has since turned into a six-week long side project and my first-ditch effort at working with video - all inspired by America's poorest multi-millionaire...
LYRICS
Now for the story of Willard Mitt Romney A man born to lead. Filled with ambition, strong faith, and apolmb, need- -ing nothing from anyone else to succeed.
He took a big jump and he Founded a company Tailored to profit on corporate greed. Now he's wealthy, indeed.
Poor Mitt, poor Mitt, Your money just keeps making more, Mitt. Can't make a connection Or win an election When half of your money's off shore, Mitt.
Conservative voters will stand with a candidate With whom they relate. You say you'll cut health care, But at home you expanded it Citing enormous Congressional weight.
Your moral views vary, You let the gays marry Inside of your state. Too little, too late.
Poor Mitt, poor Mitt, You've suffered this problem before, Mitt. Your views on abortion Have too much distortion To woo the conservative core, Mitt.
What about immigration? The poor? Regulation? Going to war?
You're too unrelateable, So out of touch. Sure, you're better than this guy But that's not saying much.
Poor Mitt, poor Mitt, You're a flip-flopping, waffling whore, Mitt. You change your position To suit your ambition More freely than Kerry or Gore, Mitt.
Poor Mitt, poor Mitt, Your own children concede you're a bore, Mitt. Gingrich is "cheerful" and needlessly spiteful, Santorum archaic, Ron Paul too...insightful? And so you're preferred As the tiniest turd In a steaming hot pile of dog shit.

ROMNEY TOP - MEMPHISMOOCOWS (2012)
LYRICS
I wish I could vote for Romney Top, Wish he was my voice. But I can't stand how he flip-flops, Pro-life was pro-choice. He says he hates "Obamacare", Worst thing he ever saw. How come when he was the governor, He passed the same law? Romney Top you'll always be, Second choice for me. Good ole Romney Top, Romney Top's not for me. Romney Top's not for me. Was a liberal and now he's not, Can't decide what to be. People say he's like a robot, I would have to agree. He's a rich man, lots of money, Companies he destroyed. Laid off fifty thousand workers, That's why I'm unemployed. Romney Top you'll always be, Second choice for me. Good ole Romney Top, Romney Top's not for me. Romney Top's wrong for me. Romney Top let me be.
"SOMEONE LIKE NEWT" - ADELE IMPERSONATOR (2012)
Many trash news websites have billed this video as an un-televised performance by Adele at the 2012 Grammy Awards. Aside from the fact that the singer in the video sounds little to nothing like the real Adele and the words don't sync with her lip movements, I highly doubt that a class act like Adele would ever want to get herself mixed up in American politics. Needless to say, the video is fake.
Even though it's not the real Adele singing, someone took the time to write and produce this politically-charged rewrite of her Grammy-winning song "Someone Like You" as a not-so-subtly scathing indictment of Newt Gingrich.
