It was never something she could imagine herself doing; moving out of the apartment above the pet parlor, having to sit down with her sister to talk about them living apart for the first time ( but she still promised to keep her job of course and she isn't going far anyway so if she ever needs anything, Eunbi would come back in a blink of an eye ), actually packing her stuff and not to live alone but with a friend who somehow won over the heart of her baby girls and Eunbi can say no ( she says to a lot of people but not them. She still isn’t sure how things escalated to them renting a reasonable apartment together ( of course, being a private driver and a pet groomer aren’t exactly jobs that give a lot of money, especially when at least Eunbi doesn’t have rich asses for costumers ) but they somehow did and Eunbi isn’t one to really dwell on things that in the end don’t matter because it wouldn’t exactly change anything now, not now that they’re moving in the boxes to their new apartment and it even seems a little bigger without any furniture on it yet, it only arriving in the next week or something.
Not that Eunbi owns a lot of things to start with, most of them being photographs or stuff for her chinchillas, the first ones to actually get in the apartment to get used to it and it was a no brainer that they kept the biggest room in the apartment obviously. That’s probably the only reason — more accurately one of the reasons but Eunbi isn’t exactly about to admit that there is more than one — that Eunbi is close to like Sehun. He also cares deeply for the little animals, being as protective if not more than Eunbi herself when it’s about them and that means a lot considering how Eunbi herself always puts them before anyone else and if she has to be honest — and for once she really doesn’t mind so much that she doesn’t have to — she couldn’t imagine herself moving out with anyone else, especially because it would mean that she’d have to trust them her chinchillas and that isn’t something that is just for anyone. Maybe it should ring all of her alarms but it doesn’t, maybe because the part of sha inside of her isn’t the predominant and she gets much less perceptive of things. Yeah, maybe.
Box by box, their apartment is being filled, Eunbi making sure to carry the lighter ones after making sure that her chinchillas would be alright in the new environment while she would go up and down with not only boxes but bags, she also makes sure to leave their favorite toys inside their cage in some sort of comfort and even someone seemingly as cold and apathetic as herself has some weakness and she might have ended up being a little distracted by their cuteness. But soon enough she’s back to work — also making sure to get all the lighter boxes because she isn’t moving with a man for nothing ( and then she stops and apologizes to all the feminist — and scolds herself since she’s one of them — for such thought ). “Is that the last one?” She turns to ask him when she puts one on the “kitchen” pile on their future kitchen counter.
