"THE MISSION OF THE CHURCH."

- Proverbs 22:6 ~ Teach children how they should live, and they will remember it all their lives.

- It is not enough that we grow physically… dapat nag mamature. - We, the church… We are here to SERVE PEOPLE. - Dapat mayroon tayong concern sa mga TAO.

- Luke 4:18-19 ~ “The Spirit of the Lord is in me. This is because God chose me to tell the Good News to the poor. God sent me to tell the prisoners of sin that they are free, and to tell the blind that they can see again. Isaiah 61:1 God sent me to free those who have been treated unfairly, Isaiah 58:6 and to announce the time when the Lord will show kindness to his people.” Isaiah 61:2

- We do not exist for the sake of building. - Maraming nangangailangan sa iyo ngayon. - Connect these PEOPLE to GOD. - Church is not the way to heaven… JESUS is THE WAY.

REASONS WHY WE SHOULD CONNECT PEOPLE TO GOD:

1.) CONNECTION WITH GOD PRESERVES.

- Napapanatili ang isang tao dahil sa UNCONDITIONAL LOVE ng DIYOS. - because of HIS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. - Dapat iconnect natin sila sa DIYOS.

- Psalms 27:4 ~ I ask only one thing from the Lord. This is what I want: Let me live in the Lord’s house all my life. Let me see the Lord’s beauty. Let me look around in his Temple.

- Dapat may JESUS ang BUHAY MO. - We need to CONNECT THEM to GOD for THEM to PRESERVES.

2.) GOD DOESN’T WANT ANYONE TO PERISH.

- He wants everyone to come with REPENTANCE.

- 2 Peter 3:9 ~ The Lord is not slow in doing what he promised—the way some people understand slowness. But God is being patient with you. He does not want anyone to be lost. He wants everyone to change his heart and life.

- Ayaw ng DIYOS na may mapahamak.

- Phil. 4:7 ~ And God’s peace will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. The peace that God gives is so great that we cannot understand it.

- Si LORD ang gagawa ng bagay na hindi mo kayang gawin. - YOU NEED TO TRUST THE LORD. - TRUST GOD… You can’t do everything but GOD.

3.) FOR US AND OUR FAMILIES TO BE STRONGER.

- Joshua 24:15 ~ But maybe you don’t want to serve the Lord. You must choose for yourselves today. You must decide whom you will serve. You may serve the gods that your people worshiped when they lived on the other side of the Euphrates River. Or you may serve the gods of the Amorites who lived in this land. As for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.”

- Common thing about PEOPLE: WE ALL NEED GOD.

"Dahil alam natin na kailangan ng lahat ng tao ang DIYOS dapat maipakita mo na ang DIYOS ay nasa BUHAY mo.”

- Hindi ang panlabas… Dapat ang nakikita nila na si JESUS ay nasa BUHAY MO. - Imbis na mag focus tayo sa nagagawa nila sa atin. Let us have a COMPASSIONATE HEART. - Ang taong nasaktan mas nakakasakit… - Pray for those who persecute you. - Love your enemy. - Ang TUNAY na makapagpapalaya sa atin ay si JESUS. - Our mission is to PUT LIFE BACK INTO ORDER. - The MORE you obey… mas maaayos ang buhay mo. - May layunin na ang buhay mo, may saysay dahil CONNECTED ka na sa DIYOS at dahil dun may dahilan ka para magpatuloy sa buhay.

THINGS TO DO: 1.) BE PRAYERFUL - Dapat may mga target na tayo. - Make a LIST. 2.) PLAN AS A TEAM - Dapat may ACTION din hindi lang puro plano. 3.) PROVIDE PRINTED INVITATION 4.) FACEBOOK COVERPHOTO - Back To Church Sunday 5.) INVITE MORE PEOPLE 6.) WELCOME PREPARATION 7.) INFORMATION BOOTH 8.) SUNDAY SERMON 9.) USABLE GIFT 10.) CONSOLIDATION

- Mark 2.1:5 ~ A few days later, Jesus came back to Capernaum. The news spread that he was home. So many people gathered to hear him preach that the house was full. There was no place to stand, not even outside the door. Jesus was teaching them. Some people came, bringing a paralyzed man to Jesus. Four of them were carrying the paralyzed man. But they could not get to Jesus because of the crowd. So they went to the roof above Jesus and made a hole in the roof. Then they lowered the mat with the paralyzed man on it. Jesus saw that these men had great faith. So he said to the paralyzed man, “Young man, your sins are forgiven.”

- BTCS is not just about bringing people to church but to DRAW PEOPLE to JESUS. - Our HEARTS desire must to see people brought to JESUS. - We must have one motive: To get ALL PEOPLE SAVED! - TEAM WORK is very important in BTCS. - TEAM WORK enables us bring back people EFFECTIVELY to JESUS. - One main goal: Become a people helping church. - Exercise GOOD TEAM WORK.

FOR US TO BRING PEOPLE TO JESUS AS A TEAM, WE MUST:

1.) BE A PEOPLE OF COMPASSION.

- Matthew 9

- Dapat may PANGHIHINAYANG ka na MASASAYANG ang BUHAY NILA kung hindi sila makakakilala sa PANGINOON.

- Ang TUNAY na may COMPASSIONATE HEART ay may AKSYON.

- Puntahan mo, dalhin mo dito, sikapin mong madala sa PANGINOON.

2.) BE A PEOPLE OF CREATIVITY.

- Dapat malikhain tayo, hindi basta sumusuko.

- Lahat ng BAGAY ay may PARAAN sa taong may DETERMINASYON.

- Always find SOLUTION.

3.) BE A PEOPLE OF COOPERATION.

- Dapat nakikipagTULUNGAN ang bawat isa sa atin.

- Dapat CONTRIBUTOR ka.

- Ang lagi natin hanapin ay yung MAGAGAWA natin (maitutulong).

4.) BE A PEOPLE OF COMMUNICATION.

- Ipaalam mo agad kung may problema.

- Hindi na tayo kanya-kanya.

- Makipag-usap kung may problema, hindi yung bigla nalang mawawala o hindi magpapakita.

5.) BE A PEOPLE OF COMMITMENT.

- Hindi sumusuko, hindi umaayaw.
