"i remember first finding out that supernatural creatures existed and how i just simply tried to block it out with a ridiculously consistent amount of denial. werewolves, kanimas, kitsune and banshees were just a number of things i'd found out were real and not just straight out of a kid's fairytale book. i assumed that there were others out there, but vampires? that's even scarier than the rest." / @dhidyme.
