Hey, saw the ask about ways to ease cramps. If you're ok with pills: evening primrose oil & calcium magnesium zinc are supplements (can help regulate the cycle), & there's specific generic meds (ie Midol) that can help with cramps & other symptoms. iron supplements can come in pills or liquid & are good for general health. hot water bottles/rice socks/other heating packs are super useful. If you like tea, raspberry leaf tea is known to help with menstrual cycles. hope this helps!

Popstar Owl: perhaps Kesha, or Katy Perry, I like them both decently enough, and then for the one that throws it out of the fuckin park; Lordi. The song with them might not be as cute as her other monster love songs, it would sound more metal than pop but... hey, she’d still love to do that!
