okay in hindsight i could sense the outsider was getting weaker in dishonored 2 -- whether he’s dying because of delilah’s influence or A NEW VOID DEITY IS COMING BABAY! and he’s being replaced and slowly just... fading out of existence or w/e. i just felt he was more lenient with giving powers out and helping emily change things because he was personally affected, but also he did legit look... sick
