Made this... a year ago? (Reposting) Today ,14 November, is World Diabetes Day. I'm a type 1 diabetic, for 3 years now. Which means I must inject myself with insulin every time I eat, plus whenever my body is bitchy and doesn't want to cooperate and keep my sugar levels in "range" And that happens for 5 straight days every month and whenever I get sick. I was diagnosed at my 22nd birthday. Haven't had a birthday cake since then, and I LOVE cake oo But its okay, I get to say "I have diabetes" whenever someone offers me some weird looking food, you know, carbs ♡ I never minded my diabetes, sometimes I enjoy it, which is so bizarre.
