hi this is my self-insert (no i won't even pretend to change my name) for one of my favorite visual novels, big bad dogs!!!! please check it out i love the writing and two main characters (besides insert mc) i'll be detailing more underneath (PLEASE IGNORE MY BAD CURSIVE this is how i write and i don't like how some cursive letters look so i just do what i like) (ALSO i am not AND SHE IS NOT WHITE, i'm half-filipino and mexican)
backstory — (i know i said this is a self-insert but most of this stuff is made-up) just graduated from college and didn't want to move back home with her parents especially since the 2008 housing bubble burst is making their housing situation tenuous. she liked living alone at first but the stress of taking care of herself and paying her bills is hard. she hasn't even told her parents that she's working at a convenience store, she keeps lying and saying that she works as a receptionist at some nice place. she doesn't have a lot of experience with men (i know it's hinted that possibly mc was in a previous relationship but ideally bb or lane would be her first relationship) and doesn't know how to act around lane; while she's charmed by his handsomeness and by like 35% of his flirting, she HATES cleaning up after him and will genuinely get angry at him to the point that she ignores his presence like 65% of the time
personality — quiet most of the time and will bring books to read when she has downtime at her job; used to letting people blabber at her which is why she thinks she's suited for the job since people think she's a really good listener when she's not really; a little snobbish. she really does not like that she's working at the convenience store and thinks she should be somewhere better. i think besides lying to her parents about the job, if her friends from college ask her where she's working she'll lie to them too lol
bb or lane — honestly my first playthrough i jumped on bb because he's sexy (not that lane isn't but i'm not immune to bikers (freaky cat gif)) but i've been slowly getting why everybody wants to swallow lane whole lately even though i would threaten his life for talking the way he talks. bb's just sneakier about it which i think would also piss her off and probably hurt her feelings more since she thought he was safe. anyway love them both despite their flaws she's got two hands (I'VE GOT TWO HANDS BB AND LANE BTW JUST SO U KNOW.......)
