I always look for the DEC booth because I love their Smoked Duck. I eat it with pandesal, but I love it more paired with buttered rice. Hahahaha. Their siomai (dimsum) is very good too. It's packed with meaty goodness and not by extenders. This sampler has shrimp, pork & shrimp, mushroom, and sheimp & scallops (if I remembered correctly).
