I changed my laptop wallpaper to reflect my current obsession with Spiritfarer and I really like it 😊
I think finding a good wallpaper is so hard, because while it should ideally be visually pleasing, I am very sensitive to if it feels too "busy" and get stressed out about that! Luckily this one is pretty but also has a lot of neutral space and places for me to put my icons without them turning invisible to me 💛💕🧡

@glittergelpenstudies and I went to check out our neighbourhood's free book shelf (and drop off a couple of books) and we came home with quite the bounty! Did I pick out Swedish classic Den allvarsamma leken partially because the cover was aesthetic as heck? Definitely, but I am also going to read it! The book with the beautiful spine seems to be an old adventure novel, which I tend to love to read, and yes, that is indeed Grapes of Wrath (but in Swedish and an old library copy)!
Lolita and The Book Thief might go back to the shelf once read since they are pocket books, but the rest I want to keep bc pretty 😊 Now I just need to finish this month's book club book so I can read one of these!
Today in class we had group discussions about a number of case studies, and my group got tasked with discussing India’s Vulture Crisis. 🦅
I love vultures and got to both read up on them in this specific context and teach a little of what I learned to my class, and it was appreciated! I got several nice comments from classmates about it afterwards and it kind of made my day, so I wanted to share 😊
