#WVC2019 has been so good to me. This year, my focus was on anesthesia/analgesia, dentistry, & the importance of work/life balance. WVC provided many stress relief areas to help everyone unwind such as a Cat Cafe, puppies to play with, different games/prizes, and "the backyard" where you can rest and recharge. I definitely intend to put my knowledge into practice, especially as a new mom. I met amazing speakers that continue to inspire my growth in the veterinary field. Listening to how much enthusiasm each speaker had for their topic encouraged me to further my future in education. Embracing my passion in the field is just the beginning.
