In 2001, Arctic Cat Inc., of Thief River Falls Minnesota, entered a NASCAR Sponsorship agreement for the 2002 and subsequent seasons to promote their line of ATVs. Arctic Cat sponsored the notorious #20 NASCAR driver Tony Stewart, and received multiple endorsements from Winston Cup Series drivers such as Ricky Rudd and Dick Trickle.
