We tried to make a clever/not-so-clever metaphore that made us laugh when we needed it so sorry about that

If did/osdd was a phone, feeling fake would be like :

- Did my phone ring? Oh non, I imagined it. Wait, what if I imagined every phone call I ever had?!

- My phone doesn't ring like my friends' do, so is mine a fake?

- Ok, so if my phone REALLY exists, it should ring every time I want, right?

- I didn't hear my phone all day, so imo it never rang before and I made it up.

- If my phone rings, I'll have to deal with stuff so I prefer not to hear it.

- Ok so I heard my phone ring once today, but that's not enough proof because I saw videos of people having a much louder and frequent ringing.

- Gosh, what if I'm faking having phone calls to subconsciously make myself more interesting?

- I don't remember if my phone rang today... therefore it didn't.

- Wait... so everyone doesn't have several phone calls at once without controling when they pick up or not and where the conversations go?

- My therapist told me I could have a phone today... I must have mislead her when I talked about the uncontrollable calls I get.

- It's not possible that I had a phone all this time, this would mean I had a contract when i was little... and i don't remember anybody subscribing me. Or maybe I had a little phone deal, but it wasn't big enough for me to have an actual PHONE!

Stop using terms that are give biases to alters like “protector” and “persecutor”.

Stop using terms that are confusing and hard to understand like “ANP”/”EP”.

Start using terms that everyone can understand like “that bitch who insists on using a pan to toast a bagel just so he can put a tiny bit of butter on it” or “the one with the wild obsession with plants”.
