B R E A K F A S T “ I am not Dieting I am changing my Lifestyle “ So I started my journey with @dietfunda_official almost 2 weeks ago and I am blessed to have her in my life. When it comes to food, I am a total foodie. Paani poori, gulab jamuns, pherni, Pav bhaji, shawarma, misal pav, kothimbir vadi , aagri seafood! Just say it and I can tell you the best places to eat junk food in Mumbai.. I never started dieting to loose weight. I just wanted to give my body what it needs and not what my mind wanted. Since day one I made sure no junk food and Sugar. And @momfunda from @dietfunda_official is such a good soul she included bhel in my diet plan so that I don’t have to be tempted. I started the second week detox diet today and it is by far the best and easiest detox diet I have ever followed. I was not able to document my week one as I had court issues going on. But I lost 3cms😛 🦄 This week I am starting on Suryanamaskars and Detoxing my system through healthy food and continuing 10k steps per day. And yes that’s my breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to be a veg smoothie but this is how I like my breakfast. (I am lazy to clean the juicer and glasses😛) Have you ever tried to follow what your body needs?
