HOW I PLAN CONTENT FOR THE MONTH? Everyone has their own system of how they do things. It all depends on how people understand things. My linguistic skills are good but my visual skills are the best. I understand the best not by reading or listening but by watching. So here is how I plan a month full of content. The planner that I use is a annual planner with monthly, weekly and daily space for my goals & tasks. It helps me in getting 80% of the things done. The link is in the bio. ✨So here’s my planning process ✨- 1️⃣ I check out all the important dates on www.cute-calendar.com 2️⃣ I make a master list of content that I can create (You can just download the 365 ideas they are well planned and save up 3 - 5 hours worth of time every month) 3️⃣ I enter all the tasks for the month all at once in my planner 4️⃣ I set my goals for the month & jot down all the deadlines and other important dates. 5️⃣ Based on my monthly goals I write weekly tasks that I need to achieve. Eg - my monthly goal is to get 50 new followers, so I follow 10 new accounts per week and engage on the content(S.M.A.R.T goal) 6️⃣ I make a list of any products that I have to buy (props) or shortlist brands that I can collaborate with. 7️⃣ I make a rough mind map/illustration of what a particular post should look like plus I get to experiment with different (background) colours by doing this I save atleast 30-50 mins when I sit down to click the photos & I can easily BATCH create content via this method (example - all flatlays for yellow background are done in one go) 8️⃣ I make sure to keep my daily to do list has maximum 5 tasks per day(Funschool, studying, blog, studio and coaching) Because I know a long to do list only brings in anxiety and discouragement.
