Hi, I wanted to say that your French post is... well... not sooo French. "l'avoir elle, c'est avoir les étoiles" supposedly, "to have her is to have the stars". You don't need to use the pronoun "elle" in French, it is already in the "L" before the verb, so it's redundant. And the whole sentence seems off too, a direct translation of the English.

Yesterday in Alameda, California for the World Goth Day Festival was probably the best time I’ve had in years. It was wonderful to see so many friends out of the haus, dressed in expression at a one of a kind and welcoming place. People of all colors, identities, ages and uniqueness supported one another, without judgement. We came, we saw, we danced, made new friends, enjoyed the good old ones we hadn’t seen in over a year and we did it with style and grace.
