im sorry but people complaining about self-care posts not being “right” is one of my biggest pet peeve. i swear to god it’s apparently impossible to make a self-care post that’s “right” because it’s either too cute and fluffy or too demanding. better yet: the only time ive ever seen a self care post say “this is what’s RIGHT and what you SHOULD DO” are the ones made by people tired of the “cute” self-care posts who want to welcome the tumblrites to the Real World
