A lot of astrologers claim this aspect is negative, but it doesn't always translate to the end of a relationship. There are a lot of differences in the way these two express their emotions and what/how they each feel nurtured. I have seen this aspect in the charts of married couples so do not fret. It is not the end of the world. If there are other aspects to the moons that help balance this one out, then it can spice the relationship up. They have immediate emotional responses to each other in the beginning if at a tight orb. There is a buzz that happens when they are together. The feeling you have when you’re physically attracted to someone, but is felt in a complex emotional way. They may be worlds apart kind of different, but there is still a strong yearning for the other. Because when things are good, they are GREAT. But when things are bad, they can get blown out of proportion. They are sensitive to each other's feelings, so arguments come and go. They can get into awkward situations together,which they laugh about later. They are crazy about each other if they are in a long-term relationship. They drive each other nuts and can even behave as such. This contact can bring two people out of their comfort zones.
