Digital Commonwealth: Handbook of Digital Storytelling
Earlier this year, Pidgin Perfect worked with Digital Commonwealth to deliver a series of Digital Storytelling training sessions. We worked with primary schools and young high school students across Scotland; offering skills that emphasised the importance of social media and audio visual platforms as resources for projects. The workshops explored the themes of culture, exchange, people and place.
As part of the project, the Digital Commmonwealth team have been working on producing a resource which helps people develop digital storytelling skills. The handbook is jam packed with digital media literary skills for storytelling which can be used in any context, not just the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
