in my sims game

i made a digimon family... like i always do

then i decided i didnt want to play them as adults... so i evicted them and created a teenage version and moved them in instead

however, i kept running into the adult versions of the digimon sims in town... there was yamato manning a concessions stand... taichi was a gym trainer...

someone told me this was because i hadnt deleted them from my created sims files

today... this happened... Taichi met Taichi

please note: that is NOT teen taichi meeting adult taichi. This is what is boggling my mind. This is adult taichi meeting adult taichi. Meaning that now, there aren’t just two versions of him running around... there are three. but wheeeere did the new adult taichi come from??????

so for whatever reason, all of my other sim!chosen hate Jou, except for Mimi, and Sora and Hikari who just barely tolerate him lol lol

I was wrong... my current in-world sim Taichi is an adult version. I did that because I wanted Hikari and Takeru to be teens instead of little kids, since kid sims can’t do that much. Aaaanyway all this is means is that there are still three Taichis running around my sims world, the npc adult one, my played taichi, and this npc teenage taichi... aaaaahhhhh...

i so wish i could find a more taichi-like hairstyle for him but there’s just nothing that works for me so i end up going with this blah look... i like his face tho

he showed up in a little park today and was just chatting with this random dude?? so i sent some of my other sims around to say hi. he’s the one who made the grilled fruit they’re all snacking on btw

ok so speaking of the Taichi Trifecta....... NPC Taichi invited Taichi out to a Karaoke bar xD at least it wasn’t teen!npc taichi...

Then Takeru (a teen) got invited out to drinks by this elder??? omg cougar alert! takeru’s too smarty!!!

This is probably the reason he currently has an antagonistic relationship with Sora lol

Speaking of Sora, she got this message when Takeru was in school...

... I think it’s revenge for being so smarty all the time.

there can never be too many taichis

for some reason when i make sims but dont have them in world, my game makes them into npcs... but this is a new thing its doing bcuz its never happened until now. idk what happened. i cant remember the order of events but technically there’s 3 of each of the original eight chosen running around atm...

i made a restaurant and took my digi sims to it

they all enjoyed their meals............ except jou

(they also proceeded to break the game by ordering a cake, then leaving the slices all over the floor, and loitering for hours)

(*side note: my game got a bug after installing city living which made all my sims lose their relationships. so my digi sims all hate each other. ive been trying to get them to mend the fences but its taking FOREVER)
