I saw someone say that knowledge would have fit Miyako better, and love would have fit Iori better. A reason wasn't stated for this, and I can see where they are coming from, but I disagree
No hate to this person, but Iori got the Digimental of Knowledge not because he was naturally smart or knew a lot about computers/tech like Miyako, but because he was naturally curious and wanted to learn, just like Koushiro.
They each got the Crest or Digimental of Knowledge respectfully because they were curious. Whatever it is, they are both curious and want to learn as much as they can about something or someone, which is what connects them and why it makes sense Iori got the Digimental of Knowledge and not Miyako. To me, to be knowledgeable isn't to be naturally smart, but to be curious, so you always learn something new every day.
Oh, and because I have a feeling someone is going to mention it, no, I do think this means Koushiro nor Iori should have the Crest or Digimental of Curiousity instead of Knowledge because it is Koushiro's knowledge that comes from his curiousity that makes him powerful and curiosity is just what Iori shares with Koushiro. Iori is his own character, and his strongest trait isn't curiosity. It's just a part of him and who he is, so he wouldn't get a Digimental of Curiosity or even a Crest of it, he would get the Crest of Integrity
