Digimon concept I think would be really cool

As I child I had this mythology that every computer problem was caused by either the Glitch Witch or the Load Toad. I recently realized that they would make a great digimon pair. Perhaps Gwitchmon and Toadingmon. Both green (very important foreshadowing). Champion levels? Toadingmon would have ice and time slowing powers and a tendency to sit itself down in paths and block peoples progress. Atop Toadingmon would ride Gwitchmon; presumably immune to each other powers for the most part. She causes minor glitches and then cackles wildly about their evil deeds. Together they are inconvenient frustrations. Probably one of the most evil things they've done is hold up the line at the DMV.

In an anime setting they would be minor antagonists that show up occasionally to be a nuisance. Then one day power falls into their laps and they become an actual threat! They digivolve into this ghoulish green Horseman of Revelations Pestilence/ nuckelavee thing. Minor pests become Pestilence. Glitches together into a single entity that controls swarms of bugs (bug plague in both the literal and computer glitch sense of the word!) that cause corruption and disease at a sped up rate. They can freeze and corrupt anyone getting too close! How can they possibly be stopped???
