Service continuity in Christchurch libraries through 11,700 earthquakes in Christchurch, NZ. This presentation includes an introduction to the impact of the earthquakes in NZ followed by interviews with Christchurch library managers discussing the imoact on their services and the part their digital services played in supporting continuity of service to their communities in a major disaster.
