Little teaser for a new one-shot fic, using the new brushpack 😁 I recently came up with a proper Pantomimist!Pomni design for it too teehee (though the concept of Pomni becoming the Pantomimist has been around since the creation of Digital Nightmares)

It's not really canon per say, just a "what-if" moment for the AU lol

Is shipping allowed?

Shipping is allowed within the monsters (honestly go wild lol), but you cannot ship Pomni and Caine with anyone. They are established to be children here and I do not vibe with any of that. I wouldn't even consider Showtime as existent here, considering what the games tackle on the kids' friendship. This AU aims to be just as grim and dark as the original games.

So... There's a betrayal here, too?

Who's Gummigoo in this AU?

Will the story have some creative liberties taken?

Of course! Locations, Character designs, even the mechanics of each respective monster are taking creative liberty, separate from the games. Meaning, most of the monsters are their own people unlike what I did for The Showman and The Pantomimist; where they are mostly just rewritten Lady and Thin Man lol.

Are the AI NPCs going to make an appearance?

Well of course they will!
