In the midst of the digital phenomena, I've come to realize that many businesses, especially SMEs, are asking their prospects and customers to communicate with them through social media and the internet. Why? Because it's either cheap or free. But for the past few years, people have begun to get irritated because requests for information and complaints have to be done by tapping their phones.
