According to automation service providers, digital transitions are usually thorough. One of them is that while making such a shift, companies prefer to look within. The most prevalent purpose of digital transformations, according to 68 percent of respondents, is to digitize an organization's operational model.
More than half of those polled indicated they wanted to introduce new products or services online, or communicate with external partners. Eight out of ten respondents said their recent transformation initiatives encompassed many departments, business units, or the whole company.
