Hello Beautiful Dreamers! My name is Alexia and I got the privilege to Push the Button on July 2, 2016 at Digital Dreams in Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 The best part was I got to share this phenomenal moment with these 2 Beautiful souls, David Pham and Stefania Amoroso 💜💕💙 The days leading to Digital Dreams Festival were kinda hectic. I found out 2 days before that my only ride fell through :/ Didn't know if I could find another ride in such short noticed and felt a bit discourage. So discouraged that I almost made the decision to not attend the festival at all! Fortunately, a good friend of mine decided to attend the festival last minute and needed a driving buddy! COINCIDENCE?! This was my 7th time seeing A&B, but my very first time actually attempting to Push The Button. I had my double sided flag made by University Customs (Shoutout!) I was so worried I wasn't going to get the flag in time because obviously it's a very busy time of the year for them and I ordered it so late before the initial wait of 2-3 weeks. I got to the festival kinda late around 6:30pm. Enough time to make my way to the front rail until their set at 9:45pm. Luckily, I bought VIP and they had a front viewing section for us! 😁 I easily met up with my friends Steven and Kirk who've been waiting for me at the rail for hours! Lol. It's 9:45pm, Tony and Paavo get on stage, before they start playing they look into the crowd and see all the fans, the signs, the flags. They start looking in my general direction and notice my flag! Tony notices, points and laughs... Just him noticing I was there was enough for me! Time is passing and all of a sudden I see Seven Lions, his beautiful wife, Emma and Shamus (Tour Manager) walking in front of us, looking at the signs and flags. I didn't realize they were choosing people to Push the Button until they already past me. All of a sudden they started walking back to my section and everyone around me started pointing at me and my flag! (Made lots of friends during the hours of hanging at the rail. 💓) Emma looked right at my flag and laughed. Shamus pointed at me and was like YOU! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! Next thing I know everyone was cheering and pushing me over the rail so I can get escorted with the also blessed David and Stefania. The fact that Seven Lions and Emma were the ones that got to pick who got to Push the Button was the icing on the cake! They were the sweetest people and all of us exchanged hugs. We are now all backstage watching Tony and Paavo play the song we have all been waiting for, Sun & Moon. Tony comes down and greets us and we all make our way to the top. Seeing thousands upon thousands of people in the crowd, cheering us on and waiting for that moment until all 3 of our fingers touch that button. 👇👇👇This was an unbelievable experience that I've been dreaming of my entire life! This moment has forever changed me. My perspective and outlook on life will be nothing but positive from now on! This moment Saved My Life! ❤️💛💚💙💜 @paavosiljamaki
